Shipping Methods & Costs

Most orders ship within 24 hours from the moment we receive your order request. All TLC orders will be shipped via UPS. Note: UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes.

We offer delivery service within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

Shipping Rates

  • UPS Ground charge will be calculated via UPS shipping calculator. Put where you are shipping and it will give you the best cost.(within the continental US)
  • UPS: 3 Day Select charge will be calculated via UPS shipping calculator. Put where you are shipping and it will give you the best cost.((within the continental US)
  • UPS: 2 Day Air charge will be calculated via UPS shipping calculator. Put where you are shipping and it will give you the best cost.(
  • UPS: Next Day Air charge will be calculated via UPS shipping calculator. Put where you are shipping and it will give you the best cost.( (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • UPS: Saturday Delivery charge will be calculated via UPS shipping calculator. Put where you are shipping and it will give you the best cost.((within the continental US)

Note: Packages generally ship the same day, except on weekends, if we receive your order prior to 3PM. All orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Overnight deliveries do not necessarily arrive within 24 hours, although we strive to make every effort to get your package to you as timely as possible. Please make arrangements with customer assistance for special considerations and we will attempt to accommodate your requests.

If ordering items with separate delivery addresses, please place individual orders. If placing seperate delivery addresses for Gift certificates, please place individual orders. Delivery areas outside of the continental United States will be based on actual shipping charges and may be subject to taxes or duty within destination country. Customer will be responsible for these charges if applicable.

All TLC orders are shipped discretly and delivered by UPS. Note: UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes or IPO addresses.

Can I track my Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation. If you shipped via UPS, your email will contain a tracking number you may use to track your order. You can then track your order from the members only page or use the UPS Internet tracking site.

What about backorders?
There is no additional cost to ship backorders. There will be only one shipping & handling charge per order and it is charged when your first shipment is sent. Backordered items are shipped as they become available via United States Postal Service (USPS). Backordered items will be grouped and shipped together when appropriate. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.

Sales Taxes
Sales tax of 6.5 % will be added to packages shipped to recipients within the state of Florida.

Redeeming Gift Certificates
You may redeem gift certificates by calling customer assistance, or if you are in Florida please stop by and redeem your gift certificate at our Morse Blvd boutique.

PICK-UP AT STORE
You may place an order on line and request pick up instead of mailing, your package will be ready for you to collect.

Returns and Exchanges
Exchange policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Returns for refund after 14 days will result in an online store credit. Please allow ten (10) business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable. How do I return something?
You will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order. You MUST email us at assistance@thelingeriecollection.com to get the RA# (Return Authorization #) before you send the item. Any items sent without the RA# will not be accepted. To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
